1. Customization & Right of Withdrawal

For all custom-made DM SurfacePrint products (including: prints on glass, wood, artist's panel, canvas, and on-site prints such as walls and vehicles), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Because these products are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, they cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.

2. Warranty on Large Format & Projects

We stand behind our craftsmanship. For on-location prints (walls, floors, facades) and vehicles, we offer the following guarantees:

• Colorfastness: We guarantee that our UV prints retain their color intensity under normal use (indoors and outdoors).

• Adhesion: We guarantee optimal adhesion to the substrates recommended by us, provided they have been pre-treated according to our instructions.

• Wear resistance: For floor prints, we recommend a specific finish depending on the load; the warranty period is determined per project.

3. Complaints & Damages

• Transport: Report visible damage to the packaging or the product within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will immediately arrange for a new print.

• Quality: We always perform a free photo check. However, if you submit a photo of too low a resolution against our advice, we cannot accept a return based on blurriness.

4. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

DM SurfacePrint uses your data (name, address, email, and photos) exclusively for processing your order or quotation request. After production, your photos are securely stored for potential reorders or deleted immediately upon request. We never share data with third parties.
